These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Petra Andrensek ("Provider"). By accessing or using the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

  1. Course Access:

    1.1 The Course is an online video-based educational program designed to help Users improve their speaking skills.

    1.2 Upon successful registration and payment, the User will be granted access to the Course materials for an unlimited period, as mentioned during the purchase process.

    1.3 Access to the Course is personal and non-transferable. The User shall not share or distribute their login credentials or Course materials with any third parties.

  2. Course Content:

    2.1 The Course content, including but not limited to video lessons, exercises, and supplementary materials, is provided for educational purposes only.

    2.2 The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of the Course content at its discretion.

    2.3 The User understands that the Course content is protected by copyright laws and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the express written permission of the Provider.

  3. Refunds:

    3.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that a full no-questions-asked refund is possible within fourteen (14) days after purchasing the Course, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination. 

    3.2 The User has to submit a cancellation request in writing via the Petra Andrensek's website form (www.voiceofpetra.com/contact).

  4. User Responsibilities:

    4.1 The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

    4.2 The User agrees to use the Course in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    4.3 The User acknowledges that the results achieved from the Course may vary based on individual effort, commitment, and other external factors.

  5. Technical Requirements:

    5.1 The User is responsible for ensuring their device meets the technical requirements necessary to access and view the Course materials.

    5.2 The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Course due to technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or system maintenance.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    6.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the Course materials and content, belong to the Provider.

    6.2 The User agrees not to infringe upon or challenge the Provider's intellectual property rights.

  7. Termination:

    7.1 The Provider may terminate the User's access to the Course without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or engages in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

    7.2 Upon termination, the User will no longer have access to the Course materials.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

    8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland.
